CTK Biotech 社製 デング熱ウイルス関連研究用製品のご案内
デング熱感染は、熱帯・亜熱帯地域において年間１００万人以上の感染者をだしており、
主な疾病の原因の一つになっています。
デング熱感染は、以下の測定によって確認されます。
1) デング熱ウイルスのRNAをPCR法によって測る。（初期感染）
2) デング熱ウイルスのIgM抗体を測定する。（初期感染）
3) デング熱ウイルスのIgG抗体を測定する。（最近の感染、二次感染）
4) デング熱ウイルスのNS1抗原を測定する。（初期感染）
CTK社製、OnSite Dengue Rapid Test(オンサイト・デング迅速測定検出キット）は、
次世代免疫アッセイ法で、CTK社によって開発された高活性、高純度の遺伝子組み換え
デング熱ウイルスのタイプ１、２、３及び４抗原とそれらに特異的に反応する抗体により、
初期段階での感染を素早く測定することを可能にしました。
また、NS1抗原の４種類の血清型陽性コントロールは、NS1試験の質と方法をモニタリングするために使用できます。
